Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on DevOps concepts and tools.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials for hands-on learning experiences.
- Conduct assessments to gauge trainees' progress and comprehension of DevOps practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and integrate them into training programs.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students requiring additional guidance and support.
- Collaborate with industry experts to enhance the training curriculum and content.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants to continually improve training methods.
- Facilitate workshops and webinars to reach a broader audience of learners.
- Adapt training strategies to accommodate varying levels of trainee experience and learning styles.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports to measure training outcomes and effectiveness.
- Support organizational goals by developing partnerships with related educational entities.
- Organize and host community meetups to promote DevOps culture and networking.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a DevOps role, with hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools, AWS, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab, Code repo, Terraform, Shell and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in online DevOps Training from a reputed organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage trainees.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to create detailed training materials that cater to different learning needs.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Passionate about teaching and capable of inspiring and motivating learners.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
