Dotnet Full Stack Corporate Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions on.NET technologies, including but not limited to:

- C# Programming (Basics, OOPs, Collections, Delegates, Multithreading, File I/O, etc.)
- SQL Server (Basics, Stored Procedures, Functions)
- ASP.NET Core MVC (Model, View, Controller, EF Core, LINQ, Web API)
- Microservices, Authentication, Authorization, and OWASP
- Angular (Components, Data Binding, Directives, Pipes, HTTP Client, Routing, etc.)
- DevOps, Scrum, and Jenkins
- Deliver hands-on coding sessions, ensuring students understand both theoretical concepts and practical implementation.
- Provide guidance on design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices in software development.

**2. Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct weekly assessments, mock tests, and milestone evaluations to track student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their coding skills and understanding of.NET concepts.
- Assist in the evaluation of capstone projects and provide guidance for incremental project development.

**3. Curriculum Support**:

- Assist in updating and refining the training curriculum to keep it aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies.
- Prepare training materials, including presentations, coding examples, and assignments.

**4. Mentorship**:

- Act as a mentor to students, helping them with self-preparation, mock interviews, and project development.
- Provide career guidance and support students in preparing for client interviews and job placements.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the training coordinator and other trainers to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss student progress, challenges, and improvements in the training program.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**2. Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in.NET development.
- Proven experience in training or mentoring individuals or groups in.NET technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Angular, and related frameworks.

**3. Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in C# programming, including OOPs, Collections, Delegates, and Multithreading.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and Microservices.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core (Code First and Database First approaches).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins.
- Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.

**4. Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their learning goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in.NET or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, MCSD).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Experience in conducting mock interviews and providing career guidance.

**Working Hours**:

- The trainer will be required to conduct sessions as per the training schedule, including weekends if necessary.
- Flexibility to accommodate additional sessions or revisions as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
