Information System Implementor

Ready to join us? **In this role, you will** - Assisting in configuration of JAMA ( life cycle management system ). - Supporting users with all their needs regarding JAMA. - Perform defined processes and practices to manage systems, software, and networks to ensure consistent and reliable operation to meet the business needs - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and/or respond to outages - Train users on how to use the system. - Create and maintain system documentation of processes, procedures, plans, and configurations - Updating system settings and data and managing user permissions. - Specifying, creating and maintaining interfaces between various systems (both internal and external). - Developing and producing reports using queries and flexible reporting tools, including maintenance of power BI reports. - Examine processes efficiency & suggest/implement improvements. - Design and configure new processes in and outside the system - Communicate progress and project updates to stakeholders and team members. - Collaborate regularly with other departments to improve processes or procedures **In this role, you’ll need ** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information system or equivalent - Technical knowledge in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) System - Strong knowledge and experience in all stages of Software Development Life Cycle. - Experience in implementing, configuring and updating tools or support of information systems - Experience working with JAMA - a plus - Testing, resolving issues and handling user queries for the tools - Understanding of database, how database work - Individual contributor at the outset of their professional career. - Strong Self learning abilities. - Performs well-defined tasks of a medium complexity level, such as gathering and analysing data. - Advanced English speaking& writing - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
