Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Certified Information Systems Auditor to join our team at the Hyderabad headquarters. This executive-level, full-time position requires a professional dedicated to enhancing IT governance, risk management, and compliance audits. The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information assets through robust security measures, while being stationed at the forefront of our financial service operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in IT governance to oversee and direct the strategic IT initiatives of the organization while mitigating risks.
  • Experienced in risk management techniques to identify and evaluate threats to the information assets and minimize them effectively.
  • Skilled in conducting compliance audits ensuring the organization adheres to various relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Thorough understanding of information security controls to implement measures that protect data from unauthorized access.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations to ensure the company's data protection policies are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks to guide the creation of security policies that protect the company from cyber threats.
  • Proficiency in managing security incidents to swiftly respond and mitigate the impact of any potential security breaches.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of information systems to ensure compliance with internal and external IT governance and security standards.
  • Identify potential IT risks and develop strategic plans to mitigate them within acceptable levels for the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement robust information security controls throughout the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and contribute to the development of privacy policies and procedures.
  • Monitor cybersecurity frameworks and improve security strategies based on evolving threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate security incidents promptly and lead the response team to address and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and recommend actionable steps for improvement to senior management.
  • Provide ongoing consultancy to IT departments and other business units on audit-related matters and best practices.
