**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess product availability and visibility.
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with his team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns from retailers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oil or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
