**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for IIT-JEE foundation aligned with NCERT and competitive exam syllabi.
- Teach topics such as Algebra, Geometry, Arithmetic, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, and Number Systems with focus on IIT concepts.
- Prepare students conceptually for Olympiads, NTSE, and future JEE-level challenges.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and regular assessments.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remediation or advanced support accordingly.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring as needed.
- Maintain student performance records and share feedback with parents and coordinators.
- Collaborate with peers for curriculum planning and integration of best teaching practices.
- Participate in internal trainings and academic reviews.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech).
- B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Maths at the foundation or competitive level.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience in preparing students for Olympiads, NTSE, or foundation-level JEE.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for junior students.
- Technically sound for using smart boards, online platforms, and digital content.
- Team player with a growth mindset and student-first approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
