**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media Management**

Develop and execute strategic content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Create compelling visual content using Canva (Proficiency Mandatory) tailored to luxury, premium, and value brand tones.

Ideate and produce short-form videos, carousels, reels, and story content to drive engagement and reach.

Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging social formats to keep our brand presence fresh and impactful.

Schedule and publish posts; manage community interactions including DMs and comments.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**

Conduct keyword research and develop on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with content marketing goals.

Optimize website content (blogs, product pages, banners) for improved visibility and ranking.

Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in the site's technical structure.

Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and create actionable reports.

**Content Creation**

Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across all content formats.

Use AI tools for content ideation, scheduling, analytics, and performance optimization.

**Data & Performance**

Track KPIs (engagement, CTR, reach, traffic, rankings) and prepare performance reports.

Optimize campaigns based on insights and A/B testing.

Report performance trends and suggestions to internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & Growth

Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and creative strategies.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends in social media, search algorithms, and AI-driven marketing.

**Tools & Technologies**

Canva Pro

Google Analytics / Search Console

SEO tools: SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest

Social media schedulers: Buffer / Later / Meta Business Suite

AI tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Copy.ai (preferred)

2+ years of experience in Social Media and SEO, preferably in lifestyle, decor, or consumer product brands.

Strategic thinker who can also execute with speed and creativity.

A solid understanding of luxury, premium, and economical brand positioning.

Excellent written and visual communication skills.

Obsessed with AI and digital innovation.

Proactive, highly organized, and passionate about growth.

Immediate availability is highly desirable.
