Familiarity with freelancing platforms like PeoplePerHour, Upwork, and Freelancer is highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Proposal Writing**: Create well-structured, persuasive, and customized proposals to win projects on freelancing platforms.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and generate leads for potential projects, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with clients, demonstrating responsiveness and a proactive approach.
- **Platform Familiarity**: Maximize the use of freelancing platforms like PeoplePerHour, Upwork, and Freelancer to secure projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **English Proficiency**: Exceptional proficiency in English, with emphasis on fluency, grammar, and articulation. ICSC Board certification preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in proposal writing and lead generation, ideally with at least 1 year of experience in online freelancing platforms.
- **Self-Motivated**: Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
