**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Proposal Writing**: Craft persuasive and tailored proposals to win projects on various freelancing platforms.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads for potential projects, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- **Client Communication**: Engage with clients professionally and effectively, maintaining clear and responsive communication.
- **Platform Familiarity**: Navigate and utilize freelancing platforms such as PeoplePerHour, Upwork, and Freelancer to their fullest potential.

**Qualifications**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in proposal writing and lead generation on online freelancing platforms.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
