We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase and Inventory Specialist to join our team. With 3/4 years of experience in the same field, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our cafe runs smoothly by overseeing purchasing activities and managing inventory levels.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with suppliers to procure high-quality ingredients, beverages, and supplies while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand to prevent shortages and overstocking.

Implement inventory management systems and procedures to streamline operations and minimize waste.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.

Collaborate with the kitchen and Barista teams to forecast ingredient needs and optimize menu offerings.

Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to make informed purchasing decisions.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Purchase and Inventory Specialist in a similar setting, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office & tally etc

Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
