Telesales Executive - Finance (Business Loan)

Location: Shadipur

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Loan Sales (Any Loan Product)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for business loans.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and terms to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and credit teams for smooth loan processing.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in loan sales (business loan, personal loan, home loan, or credit card).
- Core Skills:

- Strong communication and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (depending on experience).
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
