Must have Diploma / ITI,
- 2 -3 years of experience operating a Chemical plant having Reactors, Distillation

Plant, Boilers, Thermic Fluid heaters, Vacuum systems will be preferred.
- Willingness to work with ones’ hands.
- Teamwork skills - collaborate with other operators
- Excellent communication, Problem-solving skills, which enable an operator to solve and repair system issues efficiently and effectively
- Operator skills, which enable him to understand which tools to use and how they should be used
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Operate and monitor plant equipment, processes, and systems
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Collaborate with other operators and teams to achieve production goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing a shift - Operating equipment safely, filling up log books and managing Contract Labour.
- Strictly adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures, including the use of the appropriate protective clothing
- Carrying out the operations according to SOPs.
- Working to plan that is discussed daily, weekly and monthly with performance targets
- Working with other worker teams in job execution.
- Location: Varale, Chakan, Pune

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
