Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive for US Staffing with a Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Highly organized and detail-focused Bookkeeper with track record of accurately and efficiently supporting overall accounting activities.
Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account executive job description
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger postings, invoicing, taxation issues, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Expertise in developing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management within strict deadlines.
Keen ability to analyze cost control, providing timely and frequent financial information that supports corporate goals and objectives.
Proven ability to identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency and productivity.
Excellent technology skills; proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), QuickBooks, Tally.
Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues.
Control the hiring and hiring process.
Support present and future company demands through growing, involving, inspiring, and preserving human capital.
Create and keep track of the organization’s overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures.
Cultivate a supportive workplace.
Managing and maintaining a setup that promotes optimum performance.
Report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making.
Always maintain legal compliance while managing human resources.
