Position: Purchase Officer (Phosphate only)

Qualification: Diploma or degree in material Management.

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Package: 5 LPA-7 LPA

Location: Udaipur

Industries: Agro Phosphate Manufacturing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent (onsite)

Working days: 6 days

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Research potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Track all L/R on transport daily basis and arrange for pickup the material.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Work with team members and procurement managers to complete duties as needed.
- Handle all purchase activities at plant level.
- To avoid dispute with supplier all agreement, T&C of PO should be clear in writing or mention in PO.
- Strong negotiation power.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
