
People and Culture Coordinator

**Administrative support**: Providing administrative support in HR activities including onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, and performance reviews.
- **Record keeping**: Maintaining employee personnel files, P&C records, and organizational charts
- **Policy development**: Contributing to the formulation and review of P&C policies
- **Project support**: Participating in projects to upgrade or develop P&C systems
- **Communication**: Responding to employee queries and escalating issues as needed
- **Contract management**: Drafting contracts and letters, and managing contract end dates
- **Liaison**: Liaising with managers regarding changes within teams, resignations, and temporary assignments
- **Engagement**: Administering quarterly engagement surveys and planning social activities
- **Compliance**: Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety considerations and compliance needs are met
- **Reporting**: Providing updates to the broader team about all things people and culture
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
