**Planit's P&C team is again growing, and we are seeking an individual who is looking to further their career in P&C to join our team on a permanent basis. This position will be part of a collaborative and innovative Global team of likeminded individuals.**
**About the Role**:
The People & Culture Advisor is responsible for advising leadership and employees across a range of strategic, operational, and transactional deliverables that align with the business objectives in their designated unit or branch. It will formulate trusted and value add partnerships with senior leaders to enable business continuity via a combination of commercial acumen and their P&C expertise across a range of disciplines that include compensation management, labour law compliance, diversity and inclusion, culture, reward and employee relations.
Based in Mumbai & reporting to the P&C Manager, the People & Culture Advisor is committed to the positive promotion of the People & Culture brand within Planit and represent the team to the highest standard. They are professionally responsive and resilient, highly organised, pragmatic, a great communicator, reliable and can adapt to the changing requirements of Planit
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be seen as a trusted partner to key stakeholders and the wider business for all things People & Culture
- Consult and advise on People matters to create positive experiences and outcomes
- Speak the business “language” to engage and deepen relationships to enable tangible and impactful results
- Assist the P & C manager and national team on payroll activities ensuring data is provided on time
- Provide a consistent internal experience for all employees and stakeholders while immersing in performance management & disciplinary management cases
- Proactive reporting on P & C matters with a continuous improvement mindset
- Connect with other functions within P&C such as Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Remuneration & Benefits to deliver on local P&C and global initiatives
- Provide input on leadership and business gaps, and bring a proactive mindset to collaboration
- Contribute to an environment conducive for progressive and creative thinking
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
We are looking for an experienced and tenacious individual who wants to get involved and continue to drive the great culture at Planit. To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- 4+ years experience in a previous HR advisory role Previous experience within a National and/or Global P&C Business Partner role
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related HRIS software.
- Masters degree or equivalent qualification in HR
- Business Acumen & exemplary Communication Skills (both verbal and written).
- Solid understanding of Employee Relations & Work Health Safety.
- Experience with compensation management, Employee Engagement and Stakeholder Management
- Positive attitude and 'team player' mentality.
