**Experience**: 0 - 3 years (FMCG sales experience preferred)
**Qualification**: PUC / Graduate (Any stream)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 + Incentives + Allowances

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesale markets to promote and sell FMCG products.
- Generate new leads and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure availability, visibility, and proper display of products at outlets.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide market intelligence regarding competitors’ products, prices, and promotions.
- Submit daily sales reports to the manager.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with target-oriented attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
