**Position Overview**:As a Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience, you will play a vital role in creating captivating visual materials that effectively communicate our brand's message. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to develop visually appealing assets across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design and Production**: Create compelling graphics for both digital and print media, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.

**Branding and Identity**: Assist in maintaining and evolving our brand identity by ensuring consistency in design elements across all materials.

**Print Design**: Create visually appealing print materials, ensuring the design translates well to physical formats and aligns with printing requirements.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into visually compelling designs.

**Conceptualization**: Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions, and participate in discussions about design strategies.

**Adobe Suite Proficiency**: Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to execute high-quality designs.

**Typography and Layout**: Pay meticulous attention to typography, layout, and composition to create aesthetically pleasing and readable designs.

**Adaptation and Feedback**: Be open to receiving constructive feedback and iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

**Trends and Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
