Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually appealing and engaging designs across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, packaging, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts, layouts, and design elements that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce high-quality design assets that effectively communicate complex information and ideas in a visually appealing and user-friendly manner.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your work.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve the desired outcome.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, CorelDraw).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices across digital and print media.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative design solutions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Raigarh Fort, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (required)
