Graphic Designer

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics across a variety of media. The role includes concept development, visual communication, and design execution to support marketing campaigns, digital and print media, and brand consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization**: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
- **Design & Execution**: Design and produce high-quality visuals for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, web graphics, social media content, presentations, infographics, packaging, and more.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and media.
- **Typography & Layout**: Create effective layouts and use typography that enhances readability and visual appeal.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives.
- **Photo & Video Editing**: Edit images and videos as needed for web and print use.
- **Client Interaction**: Present design ideas to internal teams or clients for feedback, and make revisions based on suggestions and direction.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain a library of design files, assets, and artwork for easy access by the team.
- **Staying Updated**: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and software, incorporating fresh ideas and approaches into designs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant tools.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a range of design work (digital and print).
- **Knowledge of Typography & Color Theory**: Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- **Web Design (optional)**: Knowledge of web design, UI/UX, and HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Time Management**: Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Experience in branding, UI/UX, or web development is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
