**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide creative input and support for various marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, advertising, and events.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
- Develop innovative and engaging designs that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the brand message.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to drive brand innovation and growth.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for packaging, labels, promotional materials, and digital assets for the new tea brand.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience 3 years working as a graphic designer, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on packaging and branding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve to translate brand objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques for packaging design is a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
