**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and designs that align with company goals.
- Generate unique graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts based on project requirements and creative briefs.
- Develop and produce a variety of content, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and guidelines across all visual content.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas and innovations to projects.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers, for production of printed materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity across various mediums.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and bring them to life visually.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design and web design tools.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
