**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING EXECUTIVE/SPECIALIST**

Social Media Marketing Executive/Specialist should be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

**PREFERED CANDIDATE SHOULD BE: -**
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive/Specialist 3+ years.
- Hands on experience in Content Management.
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn,

Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana and Olapic.
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms.
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand.
- Undertake audience research.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
- Monitor, track, analyses and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
- Analyses competitor activity.
- Recommend improvements to increase performance.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3+ Years’ Experience in Social Media Marketing Executive/Specialist profile.
