**Position Overview**:

- Oversee and manage all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize content and engagement.

**Content Creation**:

- Design creative and visually appealing graphics, videos, and other content for social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and other copy to support the posts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

**Posting and Scheduling**:

- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Ensure timely updates and consistency in posting frequency.

**Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers.

**Trend Analysis and Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and design tools.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance reach and engagement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 1-3 years in managing social media accounts.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience of 1-3 years with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of video editing software.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
