**1] Gifts disbursal management**

The role involves managing the following activities end to end for plumber mini and mega meets for timely disbursals of gifts.

Planning of Plumber meetings, procurement and coordinating distribution of Plumber Gifts to Sales Team
- Gifts forecast, Approval process for gift finalization - Relevance, utility, alignment with Sales teams
- Overseeing procurement, PR-PO process, Budget management
- Ensuring planned TAT
- Inventory management - At Ashirvad Warehouse, Depot, DP and Personal Addresses. Overstock, under stock. Optimum stock levels, minimum stock levels, buffer stock levels
- Tracker maintenance - Audit compliance perspective and for full transparency
- Vendor contacts and escalation matrix
- Reordering & Replenishment plan

Driving TGM KPIs - Build MIS on plan vs actuals and efficacy of the meets

**2] MIS and Support**:
MIS and developing necessary reports in IT systems as per business needs for the Sales and Program team

Testing of App on a continual basis, performing necessary configurations in backend systems per the business needs.

Performing UAT and reporting bugs.

Market visits to identify, understand the Plumber and Field feedback and adoption.
