**Primary role**:
This role demands contribution towards not only strategic consulting and tactical approach for people and organizational development to support business objectives. Your role is critical in executing our people initiatives by developing and implementing a framework for an overall people strategy, driving HR functional excellence and overall process improvement.

**What you'll do**:
**People Strategy**:

- Develop and implement HR initiatives & strategies aligned with the holistic business
- Focus on coaching and development of junior and mid-level management
- Leverage People Analytics to refine and grow agile HR practices and enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people

**Business Partnership**:

- Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Work towards enhancing business performance through effective business
- Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organisation and people priorities.
- Strategic partnership to enable talent management, employee experience, learning and development practices for your
- Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR projects and ensure timely

**Employee Engagement**:

- Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment.
- Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee

**Talent Management**:

- Design, implement and monitor special projects/initiative focused on strengthening employer brand and elevate the talent
- Review and analyse talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee
- Assess training/ development needs for employees and strategize and collaborate learning & development

**Compensation & Performance Management**:

- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval for salary actions, promotions and job re levelling as
- Drive and facilitate effective compensation and performance management processes for your business.
- Foster a continuous feedback culture for both evaluative and development

**Key Skills**:

- Has high business acumen to understand key market drivers and
- Is willing to experiment with new and progressive People Strategy
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic work
- Uses data and metrics to substantiate intuitions and measure program
- Brings the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a strong bias for
- Has experience working with global

- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to relate messages to all levels of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Post graduate degree in or related to Human relations, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Behavior
- 1-3 years of experience in the HR function
- Experience of working in IT Product/high
