Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage core HR operations and provide day-to-day employee support. This role will be execution-heavy, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, accurate people data management in Keka HRMS, and consistent employee experience across the organization.
What You'll Do
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Manage employee benefits including healthcare, leave, and other statutory requirements.
- Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and time-off approvals through Keka HRMS.
- Support benchmarking of salaries and benefits to maintain market competitiveness.
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, attendance, health, leave, and workplace queries.
- Support in resolving grievances, conduct cases, and workplace issues in line with company policies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes for employees.
Compliance & Policy Execution
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory filings, and internal compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update HR policies in Keka and communicate them to employees.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of employee files.
Learning & Development Support
- Coordinate training sessions, track participation, and maintain L&D records in Keka.
- Support managers in identifying training needs and ensuring program execution.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Performance Management
- Manage the performance appraisal cycle using Keka HRMS.
- Support managers in goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Track performance documentation and maintain performance-related data.
HRIS & Data Management
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of all information in Keka HRMS.
- Run regular audits on HR data (attendance, leave, payroll inputs) for compliance and accuracy.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

- Have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations/HRBP role, preferably in a startup or mid-sized company.
- Have hands-on experience with Keka HRMS (or similar HRIS systems).
- Understand employment and labor law compliance.
- Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA – HR specialization) is a plus.
