- **Role and Responsibilities**:_

**Teaching and Curriculum Development: -**
- Deliver lectures and facilitate discussions on various topics in pharmacy, such as pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacy practice.
- Develop and update course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods, technology, and active learning strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, including guidance on career paths and research opportunities.

**Research and Scholarship: -**
- Conduct original research in areas related to pharmacy practice, drug development, pharmaceutical sciences, or other relevant fields.
- Publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues, industry partners, and healthcare professionals on research projects and grants.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in pharmacy through continuous professional development.

**Service and Leadership: -**
- Participate in departmental, college, and university committees, meetings, and events.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of the pharmacy program's curriculum, policies, and accreditation processes.
- Engage in community outreach activities, such as health fairs, educational programs, and collaborations with local healthcare organizations.
- Foster positive relationships with students, faculty, preceptors, and professionals within the pharmacy field.
