**About Akshaya Chaitanya**

Akshaya Chaitanya is a not-for-profit social enterprise by HKM charitable foundation to eradicate hunger as vulnerability from Mumbai. Our Swasthya Ahara Program supports beneficiaries across 24 govt. hospital and Bal Shiksha Ahara Program provides breakfast & lunch meals to 8000+ beneficiaries in 104 municipal schools to achieve ZERO classroom hunger. Our aim is to ensure better health and education for our beneficiaries through food-security.
- Manage the social media content creation and oversee posting on all channels including influencer management
- Also, collaborate and work with the content and designer teams
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Brainstorm and conduct social media campaigns to enhance the engagement on Akshaya Chaitanya's social media channels.
- Manage Donor engagement via sharing distribution pictures, conducting volunteering visits at distribution site and kitchen

**Competencies**
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, other social media best practices
- Working knowledge of popular social media scheduling and monitoring tools - SproutSocial, Hootsuite, BuzzSumo etc.
- Basic working knowledge of adobe Photoshop, Canva etc.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Have worked with Influencers to amplify the campaign reach
- High quality written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills

**Key Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
