**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Support**:

- Assist in developing architectural concepts and designs for various projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Collaborate with senior team members, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
- **Site Involvement**:

- Conduct site visits to understand on-site conditions and support construction progress monitoring.
- Help address and resolve design or technical issues encountered during project implementation.
- **Research and Development**:

- Research new materials, trends, and innovations to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Stay informed about building codes, regulations, and sustainable architectural practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with rendering tools like Lumion or V-Ray is an advantage.
- Understanding of construction processes and material specifications.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Creative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
