Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Junior Architect to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in assisting with design development, drafting, and project coordination under the guidance of senior architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Support
  • Assist in developing architectural concepts and designs for various projects.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
  • Project Assistance
  • Collaborate with senior team members, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Site Involvement
  • Conduct site visits to understand on-site conditions and support construction progress monitoring.
  • Help address and resolve design or technical issues encountered during project implementation.
  • Research and Development
  • Research new materials, trends, and innovations to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Stay informed about building codes, regulations, and sustainable architectural practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with rendering tools like Lumion or V-Ray is an advantage.
  • Understanding of construction processes and material specifications.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23, ₹28,000.00 per month
