**Junior Architect Job Role1. Design Support**
- Assist in developing design concepts and architectural drawings.
- Produce sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and renderings.
- Use software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite.

**2. Documentation**
- Prepare and revise construction documents and presentations.
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Support in producing layouts, schedules, and specifications.

**3. Research & Analysis**
- Conduct site analysis, gather data, and research materials and building systems.
- Help with feasibility studies and sustainability assessments.

**4. Coordination**
- Work under the supervision of senior architects or project managers.
- Coordinate with consultants (e.g., structural, MEP) and contractors.
- Attend project meetings and take notes or minutes when required.
- Assist in organizing project files and managing documentation.
- Help prepare submissions for permits or competitions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- Strong drafting and design skills.
- Proficiency in design and BIM/CAD software.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with time management skills.
- A desire to learn and grow professionally; working towards licensure is often expected.

**Career Path**
- Junior Architect → Architect → Senior Architect → Project Manager or Design Lead → Principal or Partner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
