Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, often using leads generated by marketing or provided by the company.

Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods, including cold calling and following up on marketing-generated leads.

Product Presentation:
Clearly explaining the features and benefits of products or services to customers, highlighting their value and addressing any questions or concerns.

Sales Closing:
Negotiating prices, handling objections, and persuading customers to make a purchase, ultimately achieving sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with customers to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and potentially upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals, often using a CRM system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
