- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Design, develop, and deliver English language training programs for various levels (beginner to advanced).
- Conduct needs assessments to identify clients' language training requirements.
- Create customized training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and presentations.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Provide feedback and assessment on clients' language proficiency.
- Develop and implement language training programs for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to ensure consistent training quality.
- Stay updated on new language teaching methodologies and technologies.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital teaching tools (training provided for freshers).
