**Job Description: English Communication Trainer**

**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on English communication, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and business communication.
- Facilitate role-playing exercises and simulations to improve conversational English and confidence.
- **Curriculum Design**:

- Develop tailored training modules and resources for individual and group sessions based on the learners' proficiency levels.
- Create assessments to evaluate communication skills and track progress.
- Incorporate modern tools, multimedia, and innovative methods to make learning engaging.
- **Feedback and Mentorship**:

- Provide constructive feedback and actionable suggestions for improvement.
- Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific communication challenges.
- Mentor trainees in handling real-life scenarios, such as interviews, meetings, and public speaking.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track and document training outcomes, improvements, and areas for further development.
- Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness and participant performance.
- Suggest strategies for long-term skill enhancement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Exceptional command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
- **Training Expertise**: Proven experience in delivering communication training, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to engage and motivate learners with varying skill levels.
- **Custom Curriculum Development**: Experience in creating content suited for diverse audiences and needs.
- **Tools and Technology**: Familiarity with language learning tools, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms.
- **Certifications**: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience in accent training, cross-cultural communication, or business English.
- Knowledge of psycholinguistics or learning methodologies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,913.57 - ₹30,330.23 per month
