**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- In charge of researching vendors, examining prospective suppliers, and negotiating pricing

and contract terms.
- Preparing reports, tracking orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and reviewing the quality of

purchased products.
- Scrutinizing PR (Purchase Requisitions), Floating inquiry on mails, obtaining quotations from supplier
- Preparing the comparison and submission to HOD for suggestions and approval.
- Identifying and screening new suppliers,
- Negotiation with suppliers for quality, cost & deliveries, Purchase order preparation.
- Follow-up with suppliers for timely receipt of material.
- Update the PO tracker, Scan, courier & file maintain a record.
- In time material procurement
- Resolving queries of purchase order
- 1 years of experience in Procurement roles
- Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills and able to work independently
- Time Management
- Materials Management
