**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate reliable **vendors and suppliers** for construction materials and services.
- Prepare and process **purchase orders**, work orders, and material requisitions as per project needs.
- Maintain **material purchase records**, price lists, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with the **site team, project managers, and accounts** for material requirements and payment follow-ups.
- Conduct **rate comparisons and negotiations** to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
- Ensure **timely delivery** of materials to the site as per project timelines.
- Verify **invoices, delivery challans, and GRNs** for correctness before forwarding to accounts.
- Maintain updated knowledge of **construction materials, brands, and market trends**.
- Support **audit and documentation** requirements related to purchases and vendor payments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in **purchase/procurement in construction or real estate**.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of **construction materials**, purchase cycles, and billing processes.
- Proficient in **MS Excel**:

- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
