**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Optimize and grow LinkedIn presence, including company pages, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage and oversee social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos.
- Analyze social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to improve engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends for strategy improvements.
- Handle and lead a small team to ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources for paid promotions and campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an online community.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 1 years of experience in **Social Media Optimization (SMO)**.
- Strong expertise in **LinkedIn** marketing, networking, and lead generation.
- Good understanding of other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Experience in handling and leading a team.
- Ability to manage and optimize **social media budgets** effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to track and improve social media performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like **Canva**, **Photoshop**, or video editing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in **English & Hindi**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in **B2B social media marketing** is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
