**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic SMO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The SMO Executive will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with audiences, and drive traffic to the company’s digital properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Conduct competitor research and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Optimize social media profiles and content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the content, SEO, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all social channels.
- Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to foster relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to promote content and drive conversions.
- Track social media engagement and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms and platform updates to ensure strategies remain effective.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
