**About Us**:
We are an emerging fashion eCommerce brand that blends contemporary style with a bold, innovative approach to design. We are looking to expand our creative team with skilled **Creative Graphic Designers** who will help us bring our brand vision to life and enhance the digital presence of our products across all channels.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Design Briefs & Requirements**: Study design briefs and gather project requirements to understand client needs and brand objectives.
- **Creative Conceptualization**: Develop and create original designs, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of communication materials including websites, social media posts, advertisements, product packaging, promotional banners, and more.
- **Brand Identity**: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand aesthetics and message. Maintain consistency across all creative assets.
- **Design Execution**: Use graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to produce high-quality images, logos, and visual assets. Edit and enhance photos, create illustrations, and design layouts for digital and print use.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to refine designs based on feedback and ensure that deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
- **Amendments & Finalization**: Modify and amend designs based on internal or client feedback, ensuring the final product is visually appealing and on-brand.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review final designs for errors before publication, ensuring the graphics are polished and professional.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure your designs remain fresh and relevant in the fashion industry.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the fashion or eCommerce sector.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva (experience in other graphic design tools is a plus).
- **Design Aesthetic**: Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. A keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Ability to think outside the box and create fresh, engaging, and innovative designs.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas to the team.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly in eCommerce or fashion-related design, is a must.
