We’re looking for a designer with 3 to 6 years of experience (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) who brings skill, curiosity, imagination and sunshine to our Corporate Communications (Marketing) team.What You’ll DoYou’ll help shape how our brand speaks, feels and connects. From internal campaigns to digital storytelling, your visuals will bring clarity, emotion and impact to our communication.Core Skills You NeedGraphic Design ExpertiseStrong command over layout, colour, typography and brand consistency.Adobe Creative Suite ProficiencyPhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro for end-to-end creative output.Basic HTMLComfort editing webpages, landing pages and newsletters.PowerPoint WizardryTurning slides into compelling visual narratives.Basic PhotographyUnderstanding of framing, lighting and capturing candid moments.Basic Video EditingSmooth cuts, transitions and short edits for corporate and social content.Additional Skills That Will Make You Stand Out Figma / Canva FamiliarityFor quick, collaborative design work.Understanding of Social Media Content FormatsKnowing what works where, and why.Basic Animation / Motion GraphicsEven simple GIFs and motion titles add value.Good Copy SenseAbility to pair visuals with clean, effective messaging.Branding BasicsComfortable following brand guidelines while adding creative freshness.Attention to DetailSpotting every pixel, every alignment, every nuance.Time Management & Multi-taskingJuggling multiple projects at speed without losing quality.Who You AreA creative problem-solver with a collaborative spirit and a happy-go-lucky attitude.
