**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate **English-Speaking Trainer** to conduct **spoken English and communication skills training** for students, job seekers, and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for **enhancing fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence** in English communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct **spoken English training sessions** for beginners and advanced learners.
Teach **grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, and pronunciation** effectively.
Improve students' **public speaking, group discussion, and interview skills.**
Guide students for **IELTS, TOEFL, and business communication** if required.
Use **interactive and practical learning methods** like role-plays, debates, and activities.
Provide **regular assessments, feedback, and progress tracking** for students.
Help students gain confidence in **real-life conversations, corporate communication, and presentations.**
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.**
✔ **2+ years of experience** in teaching spoken English, soft skills, or communication training.
✔ Prior experience in **IELTS/TOEFL coaching** is a plus.
✔ Strong **presentation and classroom engagement skills.**
✔ Ability to **motivate and build confidence** in students.
✔ **Comfortable with both online and offline teaching.**
Pay: From ₹18,631.94 per month
