Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced English tutor with a proven track record of teaching English for standardized language tests (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), as well as spoken and business English. The role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to teach both online or in-person. Tutors can choose to work with individual students or teach batches based on their preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality English language lessons tailored to the needs of students preparing for IELTS, TOEFL, or other English language proficiency tests.
- Conduct lessons for Spoken English and Business English focusing on communication skills, fluency, and workplace interactions.
- Provide personalized feedback to students and monitor their progress.
- Use interactive teaching methods to engage students and ensure effective learning.
- Adjust lesson plans and strategies based on the proficiency level and learning objectives of students.
- Conduct group sessions or batch classes with multiple students.
- Stay updated on current exam formats and best teaching practices for IELTS/TOEFL and evolving trends in Business and Spoken English coaching.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English for IELTS, TOEFL, or other standardized language exams, as well as Spoken and Business English.
- Proven success in helping students achieve their language proficiency goals.
- Ability to teach online and/or in-person, using virtual platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to personalize lessons to suit different learning styles.
- Smart, presentable, and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with the latest resources and materials used for English language coaching.
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation:
Tutors will be compensated either on a per student basis or on a per batch basis. Rates are competitive and will be determined based on the tutor's experience and qualifications.
