**Job Title: Admission Counsellor**
**Location**: Navi Mumbai, Seawoods
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in counselling/sales (preferably in the education sector)
**Salary**: Competitive base salary + Performance-based incentives

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling & Conversion**: Engage with prospective students, understand their career goals, and suggest suitable courses.
- **Sales & Target Achievement**: Meet monthly admission targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- **Student Engagement**: Conduct webinars, information sessions, and career counseling to provide insights about the industry and course benefits.
- **Database Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- **Market Awareness**: Keep updated on industry trends and competitors to provide the best guidance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably IT, Business, or Marketing).
- 1-3 years of experience in education counselling, inside sales, or admissions.
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of **Data Science, Data Analytics, and Full Stack Development courses** is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
