**Roles and Responsibilities**

Job opportunity for Proposal and Estimation Executive for our organization for Hosur location.Qualification : BE (Mechanical)- Experience : 2-5 years**Job Description**:
- 1) Tender and client enquiry study
- 2) Process design
- 3) Cost Estimation
- 4) Techno Commercial Support
- 5) Co-ordinate with the unit & technology / process group
- 6) Preparing & maintain various report
- 7) Checking offers & calculations
- 8) Cost checking
- 9) Checking of P&ID & Layout drawings
- 10) Obtain assistance from other departments (Engineering, Estimating, Contract Administration, etc.) as required to prepare the proposal.
- 11) Prepare initial assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with a proposal.
- 12) Primary responsibility for preparation/review of the proposal write-ups.

- 14) Clearly define the Scope of Work and Services offered to the Customer and identify any clarifications or exceptions to the Customer’s inquiry.
- 15) Obtain feedback from projects for “lessons learned” to incorporate in future proposals
- 16) Reviewing final cost report with project team and develop for historical information
- 17) Reviewing pricing and scheduling
- 18) Assisting and preparing fee and risk analysis
- 19) Establish and maintaining department resource library
- 20) Order lost analysis with appropriate tools
- 21) Knowledge updating & Trends
- 22) Any other importance role given by Management
