Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. BMS Monitoring: Monitor the BMS system, including alarms, trends, and performance metrics, to ensure optimal building performance.

2. System Operations: Operate and control the BMS system, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, to maintain optimal building conditions.

3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the BMS system, including software updates, hardware repairs, and calibration.

4. Energy Efficiency Optimization: Optimize energy efficiency by analyzing energy consumption patterns, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing energy-saving strategies.

5. Collaboration with Data Center Teams: Collaborate with data center teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of BMS operations with data center operations.

6. Compliance with Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports, including system performance metrics, maintenance activities, and energy consumption data.
