Key Responsibilities:

- **Monitoring**:Continuously observing the HVAC systems through the BMS interface to identify any deviations from normal operation, potential problems, or energy inefficiencies.
- **Control**:Adjusting system parameters like temperature, airflow, and fan speeds to maintain desired comfort levels and optimize energy usage.
- **Troubleshooting**:Diagnosing and resolving issues related to the HVAC system, potentially involving coordinating with other maintenance personnel.
- **Optimization**:Making adjustments to improve system performance, reduce energy consumption, and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- **Reporting**:Generating reports on system performance, energy usage, and maintenance activities.
- **Maintenance**:Performing routine maintenance tasks on the BMS and connected HVAC equipment, following established protocols.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicating with other facility staff, including engineers and technicians, to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems.
- **Alarm Management**:Responding to and resolving system alerts and alarms generated by the BMS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
