**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Test HVAC systems for efficiency and proper operation.
- Replace or repair worn or defective parts such as filters, motors, and compressors.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installation projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
**Education**: Diploma, certification, or apprenticeship in HVAC technology.
**License**: HVAC certification and/or EPA certification (if required in your location).
**Technical Skills**: Knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
**Problem-Solving**: Ability to diagnose and fix HVAC issues effectively.
**Physical Ability**: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for long hours.
**Safety Knowledge**: Familiarity with refrigerants, electrical systems, and HVAC safety guidelines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of automated and smart HVAC systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and software for system analysis.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
