**Job Title**: HVAC Service Technician

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, boilers, rooftop units, VAV systems).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions.
- Install and replace HVAC components and systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹10,492.15 - ₹25,428.89 per month
