**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Utilise Tally software efficiently to process financial data and generate reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure adherence to best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Tally software is a must.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
